REQUIRED NOTICE FOR SECURE FLIGHT:
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R. parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. For more on TSA privacy policies, or to review the system of records notices and the privacy impact assessment, please see the TSA Web site at www.tsa.gov.

For Saipan/Tinian flights – 45 minutes before departure.
Passengers must present at Freedom Air’s check-in counter and the boarding gate their boarding pass, e-ticket or paper ticket with government issued photo I.D., proof of citizenship, passport, and/or Visa at check in time and boarding gate. Passengers must be prepared to board at the departure gate and at least 30-minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Failure to follow the above may result in cancellation of reservation, denied boarding, removal of checked baggage from the aircraft, and loss of denied boarding compensation.
If flight segments are not flown in order per your ticket and reservation, your reservation may be cancelled and rebooking will be subject to rebooking fees and fares governing your ticket.
There are certain restrictions for Unaccompanied Minors. Please consult with the Reservation or Passenger Service Agent for details.
FAA EXIT ROW:
The FAA has set standards for people who sit in rows that provide direct access to exits. Customers who do not meet these standards or do not wish to be seated in an exit row will be reseated.
Refunds due to overbooking, flight cancellations, or change in aircraft.
a. Two times the value of the segment.
b. A Freedom Air coupon for future purchase of a ticket within one year for two times
the value of the segment.
FARES & SCHEDULES:
Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice.
All fares are subject to the restrictions that apply to that particular fare.
Tickets are valid for the named passenger only and are non-transferable.
Itineraries priced at Freedom Air’s website include government-imposed transportation taxes and fees that vary depending on your itinerary.
LIMITATIONS DUE TO WEATHER:
Freedom Air will not be liable for cancellation or delays of flights due to weather conditions including over flights.
CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE:
Your travel is subject to Freedom Air’s Contract of Carriage terms, available on www.freedomairguam.com or Freedom Air’s reservations and Ticket Counter offices.
